Shipping issues but product was still great
When I received my shipment the ice pack was warm and the blondies were melted. The blondies still tastes great so this was really just an issue with the shipping partner or packaging I guess.
Auzerais’ treats are so yummy! This was our second time ordering from her and I promise that you will enjoy whatever you order. My favorites are the Brooklyn Blackout brownie, salted caramel pecan blondie, and the s’mores blondie.

I've ordered from Blondery three times over the past year, and I have been incredibly satisfied each time. From the quality of the blondies (in both taste and in their physical condition post-shipping) to the quality and beauty of the packaging, the bar has been set incredibly high. My favorite will always be the Birthday Cake blondies, but I've tried and enjoyed all of Blondery's usual flavors, plus their cake jars and their seasonal S'Mores blondies. Finally, my family's dog LOVED the dog treats I ordered at the end of 2020, the perfect size for a yellow lab. :-)

We are unable to hold your order until a future date. Everything is baked fresh to order every week. If you would like your order for a particular occasion then you should order at least one week in advance. Our products can be frozen for up to 3 months and it will NOT compromise the integrity of the product.

We ship orders Monday - Thursday. If you purchased a pre-order it will ship within the stated timeframe. Please DO NOT email us and ask when your order will ship. This slows us down.

We cannot control the mail. Please know that we do everything we can to ensure your treats arrive on time. We will mail your treats by 2-day Express or Overnight. If there is a delay in arrival, we will work with the courier to get you your treats ASAP, but the mail isn't perfect. We promise to do our part. We are not responsible for delayed packages.
