You will receive tracking info via email/text once your order has shipped.

PERISHABLE NATURE
We cannot control the mail. We will mail your treats by Wednesday by 2-day Express. If there is a delay in arrival, we will work with the courier to get you your treats ASAP, but the mail isn’t perfect. We promise to do our part.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@blondery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Each box showcased Blondery’s core collection, adorned with a custom satin branded bow meticulously hand-tied around them. These exclusive gifts were personally delivered via private courier from our Hudson Valley headquarters to the event space in Manhattan just hours before the event commenced. The distinctive gifts sparked a wave of social media posts expressing gratitude to Chase, elevating customer satisfaction and reinforcing the appeal of Chase Bonvoy.

Since early 2023, Blondery has been the exclusive luxury dessert provider for Lincoln Access Rewards customers. Lincoln pre-purchases desserts in bulk and shares customer data as points are redeemed. Blondery fulfills orders and provides tracking numbers.

So far, 481 Lincoln Rewards users have redeemed points for Blondery products, enjoying timely delivery and exceptional service. The collaboration highlights Lincoln’s role as a tastemaker, offering premium, seasonal desserts that keep customers excited.

To enhance the in-store shopping experience, Bloomingdale’s pre-purchased Blondery’s signature blondies, ensuring seamless availability for attendees. Chef Auzerais Bellamy elevated the event with a live demonstration, offering an exclusive look at her meticulous process of crafting decadent blondies. Blondery also transformed the space with themed decor, bringing the essence of spring to life with fresh, vibrant touches. Guests engaged in a multi-sensory experience, indulging in delicious treats while shopping Bloomingdale’s newest arrivals, customizing their purchases, and enjoying DJ beats and special gifts.
