If you’re looking for a show-stopping centerpiece, I love-love-love the red velvet variety box. You get three rows of Blondery’s staple, signature flavors (that are absolute must-eats) and the fourth row is red velvet, a seasonal fan-fav. Each red velvet blondie square is topped with a sophisticated edible gold leaf, making for an eye-catching presentation that tastes even better than it looks. So whatever the occasion, be sure to save a bite (or five) for yourself, because you had a long-a** week, boo.

What’s in the box?
red velvet: If you’re like me, you eat gold. Okay relax, not actual bricks of gold. But a 24K edible gold leaf? Yes, ma’am. And if we’re being honest, the red velvet blondie deserves to wear this edible crown. These royal red beauties are crafted from Valrhona cocoa, mascarpone, red beet powder, and bourbon vanilla. Luscious-yet-light filling is sandwiched between two layers of red velvet blondies, all topped off with a flashy pop of gold. Perfect for the holidays or for your boo-boo on Valentine’s Day, because nothing says “I love you” like red, white and gold.
pecan and salted caramel: Bakers all around the country got together in a Facebook group and agreed that this blondie is better than their own recipes. And if I do say so myself, I agree.  A chewy butterscotch blondie with Guittard chocolate chips is topped off with a decadent salted caramel ganache and toasted pecans. This blondie recipe was what started Blondery and took 10 years to develop. The nutty, buttery, sweet and salty notes, making it clear why our customers call this blondie the OG.
cinnamon sugar: This is the blondie version of a snickerdoodle cookie who didn’t go to state school. She’s got substance and expensive taste (sorry, European butter only, thanks), but at the end of the day, she’s still a snack. A rich, buttery blondie is topped off with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar for a well-rounded, memorable bite. If you want to understand what this tastes like, just imagine if Cinnamon Toast Crunch had an Amex and drove a Benz (okay, I see you).
brooklyn blackout (gluten-free): If I blacked out in Brooklyn, and woke up next to a box of brooklyn blackouts, I would praise the Brunch Gods and top off my mimosa. The signature butterscotch and cocoa noir base is topped off with a 72% couverture ganache and chocolate sprinkles. This chocolate-on-chocolate, daringly dark blondie will have you asking questions like “Hersey who?” and “Godiva? Never heard of her.” Flipping your understanding of what a “blondie” is on its head (PSA: these are not “gluten-free brownies”), this dark diva is bold enough to represent the concrete jungle in a 1x1 bite. Yeah, I said it.

INGREDIENTS: brown sugar, European butter, cage-free eggs, unbleached flour, confectioner's sugar, cream cheese, cocoa powder, red beet powder (for color), pure vanilla extract, baking powder, salt

Thanks!

I sent a bit order at christmas with the EXCEL sheet to many relatives--- they were happy and it was easy AND I specifically wanted to send a gift from a woman and Black owned business in New York! And the last two gifts were sent via the regular ordering method. That was more of a challenge as I had to fill out everything twice rather than have two different shipping possibilities for one order. They loved the gift and am glad to continue but would like a way to send two or three to different addresses with out having to do the excell sheet . Overall fantastic! thanks.

Absolutely easy to order and intend to do so again!

I found the website after seeing an article about Auzerais on our local news, chose what I wanted to order for my husband, placed the order and waited. I appreciated the continued correspondence connection as it felt like it wasn't just a forgotten order out there in cyberspace! Any and all wait was more than worth it! Built the anticpation which was so much more than expected. My husband is in heaven eatin these delicacies!

Wonderful product

My second purchase at Blondery was as smooth as the first. It was also a gift like the first time. It arrived as promised. My friend promptly opened the box and couldn’t resist trying one of each within seconds of opening it. She told me she had a real dilemma about even telling her husband about the gift. Because it didn’t look as pretty with pieces missing. I told her I would suggest to the proprietor that she include pretty little spacers as a “cover up”. Of course I’m kidding about the spacers, but it really speaks to how delicious these treats are. Next, I will order some for me! PS my friends normally live in NYC, but have been upstate during the pandemic. I’m sure they will be a regular customer when they get back to their beloved city. Thanks Auzerais

Oh so worth it!

My husband and I loved these—and he considers himself a brownie connoisseur. The flavors are rich and each bite feels decadent. As a foodie, you know you’re eating quality.

Red Velvet Variety Box

Loved having a variety. My favorites were the pecan caramel and red velvet. My daughter loved the ones that are like snickerdoodles. Next time I will order a bost of just pecan caramel - hands down the favorite in my house!
